Why Ansible stuck
Ansible stuck because playbooks lowered the IaC floor without installing agents on every box. It mutated toward orchestration and Kubernetes modules as bare-metal fashion faded. Terraform owns cloud CRUD; Ansible owns "run this on those hosts."
