Why Xamarin faded
Xamarin faded because mobile UX demands native-feeling tooling and Microsoft eventually bet on MAUI and acquired alternatives. Shared business logic could not save heavyweight UI abstractions. Cross-platform stuck; Xamarin specifically did not.
